LECHE DE TIGRE
(TIGER MILK)
They are preparations based on the liquid resulting from the preparation of ceviche. The "tiger's milk" is prepared based on ceviche made with white meat fish.
This is a starter dish that has gained a lot of popularity, which caused many variations to be created.
LECHE DE TIGRE A LA HUANCAINA
(TIGER MILK A LA HUANCAINA)
A dish that is garnished with the so-called tiger's milk. It
is an acid sauce made with citrus juice, usually lime, a touch of salt and a
pinch of spice that we will incorporate in this recipe with the yellow chili
paste. This spicy point will be the one that brings joy to the ceviche.
LECHE DE TIGRE ROJA
(TIGER MILK RED)
This variant of leche de tigre, is made with a cream of hot
pepper, which gives it that reddish color, the highlight of this dish is that
it is really spicy.
LECHE DE PANTERA
(PANTER MILK)
Well, panther's milk is like another version of tiger's
milk. But instead of using fish for its preparation, black shells are used,
which is what gives it that exotic and peculiar color.
Panther milk is a drink made from the juices of black
shells, lemon and other seasonings. Like the tiger's milk, it is served in wide
glasses and ingredients are added to accompany it, such as the mountain field,
chifles or squid chicharrón
MY EATING HABITS
For my breakfast I usually have a banana juice and toast
with ham and melted cheese, sometimes I accompany it with boiled eggs
My mother usually prepares lunch, but on the weekends I
cook, at lunch I usually eat rice with stews but when I cook I prepare different
varieties of pasta.
For dinner I usually have coffee or tea, and accompany it
with cookies or cereals
